The garden is tended to by our gardener, but if you like to dabble in the garden, you will be most welcome.
The profile of the neighbourhood includes TV and other celebrities, business leaders and academics. A large number of expats live in and around Melville, and enjoy our beautiful cosmopolitan neighbourhood. Melville offers El Fresco and experimental fusion dining and exciting international fare. Melville is a closely knit community, of diverse, neighbourly people.
We are walking distance from the Johannescburg Country Club - and the Parkview golf course is just a short drive away. The house is located near fine schools, the SABC, several shopping malls and walking distance from two universities and several parks. The famous Melville bars are a safe walk away from our house - and the 44 Stanley precint is nearby.
Plans to gate up Melville are at an advanced stage, which would even further improve safety.
